has anybody heard or even know someone who has purchased these...

I havn't heard anything about nexen tires, but the same thing applies with tires that applies with most things in life

you get what you pay for.

tires are one of the things you don't want to cheap out on, since your tires are the only thing making contact with the ground.

if your looking for summer tires, wait a few months and they will be on sale

thanks for the reply..
yeah i know tires aren't something that you should cheap out on...but then again i'm trying to settle dead-centre between price and quality..
so far i've had the potenza RE950 in my mind.. way over my budget but i think is one of my better picks for new tires.
i mean i've seen some with about the same price but are not the best know tire brands out there.. i mean uniroyal's ok but comparing it to bridgestone or michelin...

anyway thanks again...

try them out, and if their shit, write a review so we wont make the same mistake, but if their good you just found out something valuable for yourself and all of us

ok so i've heard bad reviews and i've heard good reviews on this...
ranging from how cheap and good they are to how noisy they are on the road...
here's my verdict... anyway i got them in this size 185/65/15
yes yes yes they are very cheap...
um, they don't make that much of a noise on the road...
would i recommend it.. well, yeah..
if you're looking for cheap decent tires...for basic city driving these tires are a ok

i have had my nexen 3000 215/40r17 for about 2 months they have around 5k at least half of that is highway driving i have drove them in rain and dry and havent had any problems with traction road noise is pretty decent even at highway speeds they hold the corner better then the stock tires i would also recommend them they are a good cheap affordable tire
